Either way it's always seemed harmless to me, friends coming together and promoting each others bands' based on the love of the music and whether you like the music or not those bands stand for good things. same thing i gathered from it. the dudes i know are extremely humble and grateful.

Touche Amore, Defeater, Make Do, Pianos Become the Teeth, and La Dispute (think thats all of em), refer to themselves as "The Last Great Wave of Music". They have a shirt that I tried looking for but was unsuccessful.

Agreed. I was just thinking about POOSCH's distro the other day...though I think his best distro was from his personal collection...couldn't beat those deals
But for real, I wish someone still did distro at shows. +/- Distro was tight as well...
