If you had a bigger backyard, or maybe more space inside to hang out that wouldn't be an issue. The grass is always greener next door because they probably use some chemical spray and the frat is lucky if anyone raked last year.

There's plenty of room in the parking lot to hang out. If there's room to stand in the back, then there's no reason for people to be where police / neighbors can see them. People drinking in the street is a great way to get us shut down.

I wish I could have people hang out all over the house, but after numerous thefts, it can't happen.
