That new small venue in the magic stick is actually pretty cool. There's so much empty space in Detroit too. In other cities I've seen kids rent out places for dirt cheap and turn it into like a 5-10 person collective for maintainence and rent when shows eat it, ultimately getting paid back of course, or at least that's the goal haha

yea i was at the show there a few weeks ago when due north and others played. it didn't feel that different than the "regular" magic stick to me though. which isn't at all a bad thing. but anyway, this is a really good idea. what cities?

I would definitely be willing to do ths in Mt. Clemens. There are a lot of empty buildings for lease that have been built recently.

tonight!!!

There has been a lot of requests for & questions about presale tickets, so i decided that both days i will be selling tickets at the venue from 5:00-6:30. The first day you will also be able to purchase tickets for the second day during this time. (second day tickets will also be available at doors/during the show the first day) If you buy a ticket you will be guaranteed admittance.

If the show sells out either day i will do my best to post about it on the facebook event. if its not posted on there, its not sold out, so just because you didnt get there at doors... still come out.

For those who were confused about the lineup:

Fri: Weekend Nachos, Harms Way, Mother Of Mercy, Fireworks
Sat: Face Reality, No Values, Dead End Path, Trapped Under Ice

There will also be some limited 18"x24" Screen Printed posters of the last show flier sold both days. (/150) for $5 each.

There's going to be a lot of people in the town both days for the shows so everyone please be respectful to all the other surrounding businesses, and people in the town. No fights, no drama, just good friends, and good bands. Really excited for the shows.
