Tour was re-routed, not playing Michigan.

Got news from a friend that this might be back on. Guy that's helping to set up the tour is Eric "Bitty" Hammers from Wisconsin, and they have an open date on the 18th, still. No forthcoming information yet, though.

They're probably better off elsewhere, unfortunately, but I'd travel a little ways to see them. The last time I saw them was a show I booked in Santa Barbara on the Nerve Damage tour...'06 or '07? They were great.

Also, the new Tragedy record has been recorded for a while now. Maybe that will be available.

I think they'd still have a great show here. But it doesn't seem to be in the cards this time.

Maybe. But then "great" can vary greatly. I don't know the first thing about Michigan shows anymore, though, and only seem to go to shows out of state. I'd be stoked if they played across the street from my place and 3 people showed up.

There were something like 250 people at the Blind Pig show six years ago. I think they would draw more than that in Detroit now despite the splintered scene. Draw everyone together, etc.

Tragedy would probably prefer 250 people in Ann Arbor to 3 people in Luna Pier, but I'd be much less stoked.

I think they'd do very well here nowadays.

Detroit splintered? No way!

I was surprised by the turnout in '06. Forward and Warhead Very Happy
