We are a band called So Adult, from Bellingham, WA. We're headed to the midwest and east coast in July and really want to set something up in Michigan on Thursday, July 8. Bo plays bass in Shook Ones, but he drums with us.

I like the way you guys think! It looks like we have something going with Ryan Felton's basement on July 8. I'm really excited to get to Michigan and based on your suggestions, I'm pretty into setting up a Grand Rapids show on our way back, possibly on Tuesday July 13 if anyone is into it.

Has anyone ever taken the Muskegon - Milwaukee ferry? I might have to make that part of our route if we get to do Grand Rapids.

grand rapids would rule! i haven't taken the ferry, but i've heard it's much more expensive than just driving around.

Yeah, I looked into that ferry right after I posted that. I was surprised at how expensive it is. It doesn't even seem like that big of a deal to drive around either, I've just always liked ferry rides for some reason.
