I've been looking for an outlet to talk about my favorite releases of the year (so far).

I am surprised at myself that I have never listened to pop 1280 ever. Absolutely nothing from them has dropped on my ears yet.
I might check out the new The Men. I kind feel like they are bit overrated.

Good thread idea Poosch. I've checked out a bunch of stuff and liked a bunch of stuff from suggestions. The only thing I'd add I haven't seen listed is the Gypsy LP and Cheap Girls new LP.

Just listened to the new Burning Love record "Rotten Thing To Say." I thought it was great.

That's my favorite thing that's come out so far this year. It's groovy. The Body just makes me want to dance.
